Missing Art Class

It sure has been a long time since I posted anything! I HAVE been working long and hard on many of my monoprints on artist tiles.

I am more in love with my Gelli printing plate than ever. I use it for almost every background I use for mixed-media and collage paper.

This piece was a result of taking an online course with Carla Sonheim.  She teaches a great class that gets you to look at nothing and see something!  I could learn from her every day of the week.

In this print, I saw this long legged bird, so I painted the blue around the figure. I added some collage papers, one from an old map and the “artwork” was part of another monoprint using the Gelli printing plate.
